PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy and security are important to us. Our policy has been reviewed in line with legislation to cover how we protect your details, how we store them and what we use them for.

Your details will only be used for the express purpose of creating and conducting a service or ceremony in line with your requirements. We would never share any information without your consent. We will never pass your details to any third party.

All data is stored securely online in a password protected file. Copies of completed services and ceremonies (the script) are retained securely with all identifying personal information removed for your security. The legislation applies to living people so if we have created a funeral service for a loved one, we are able to hold information relating to the person who has died, so long as it does not identify a living person.

Any correspondence we have had during the process of developing and checking any service or ceremony, whether by email or SMS text message is deleted with 21 days following its completion. 

All documents other than the approved [sanitised] script will be deleted/shredded with 21 days of the service or ceremony. This allows Vale Ceremonies sufficient time to prepare for you a keepsake copy of the service or ceremony script and post it to your address, should you request one.
